Situated in the Hamlet and conservation area of Llanegwad the new homes were designed and sited to take full advantage of the fine views of the surrounding countryside and landmarks such as Dryslwyn Castle and Paxtons Tower. 

Traditional features such as mill and coach house openings were incorpoarated in to the design of the properties in order to maximise the views from the principal living rooms.
